Shipping
Shipping within Australia is a Flat Rate of $15.00.
For shipping to the rest of the world, we will contact you to confirm the shipping charges.
International Ordering
Once you have placed your order with Bondoi you will receive the first email from us confirming all of the details. We will contact you to confirm the shipping charges so you can make payment.
After we have processed your credit card we will ship your order. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming payment and expected delivery. This is your tax invoice.
Payment options
We accept payment by major credit cards through Paypal, and Fragile Gift Certificates.
All prices displayed on the website in Australian dollars include GST.
Returns
Where any of our products are not satisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for exchange or for a credit note to be issued. Please keep in mind that we will need purchase details for verification. Also, we will not exchange or provide a credit note in the case of wilful damage, nor where colour choice for clothing is concerned.
Please note that credit notes are valid for a period of three months from the date of issue. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, as Bondoi accepts no responsibility once your order has been dispatched.

Changes to these terms and conditions
Bondoi may modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Your continued use of the site after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of that modification. For this reason we provide a link to the terms and conditions on every page, you should check them each time you visit, because you are bound by them if you use the site.
